Project info

A new design beer tap developed by Heineken! This prototype for a large international fair is made from 16 separate brass MS58 milled parts and had to be welded together.

It was important that the weld could be finished smooth, and that everything could be chrome-plated, without any difference in appearance between the parts and the weld zones.

We are specialists in welding alloys, and brass is one of them.

Afterwards everything is finished and smoothed by a polishing company and then the whole product is chromed and mounted. Photos of the end result will follow later in connection with the agreed confidentiality obligation.
